Yeah...
So, I have apparently gone back to once-a-month writing. Not necessarily on purpose, I just haven't exactly had much to write about. And not much has changed.
Let's see, I mainly have been updating car stuffs, so here goes again. Since the last update I have *finally* installed the rear brake parts I've had for, oh, a few months. So yes, I got the mostly seized calipers and broken rotor off and actually have functional, good brakes on all 4 wheels. Also needed a new master cylinder, but hey, I can stop now. And since I used re-manufactured parts, except the brake pads which were new, and I did the work with the help of my boss Floyd, this was accomplished on the cheap.
For the 4th of July weekend, I spent it up at the Sand Lake fair. Took pictures of the parade, demo derby, fireworks, and car show. Those are all up on my Flickr page.
In entertainment news, I need to get out to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince still. Perhaps over the weekend?
There is also a concert coming up that I have to make it to. Stryper will be at the Hayloft in Mt. Clemens on September 25th. I know it's on the other side of the state, but my only other options are Cleveland and Chicago. As I've documented before, I first found out about them in '92, after they dis-banded, and didn't keep close enough watch to notice they put out a new record and toured in '05. Not going to make that mistake again.
It's getting late, 3:15AM, I should be asleep. But I'm not.
