The reason for the season.
Why hello there blog, it's been a while.
Yeah, I keep meaning to write something in this here space on the internets, but never really have anything worth saying most of the time. That is still the case now, but figured I should put something up before the year is over.
So, it's 3 days 'til Christmas. I think time has to be a variable thing. Most of the year seems to go by slowly, but once Thanksgiving comes, Christmas is the day after, and New Years is the day after that. Or so it feels to me.
And, being Christmastime (yes, that's a real word :P ), it is also winter (Why yes, I am Captain Obvious, how did you know?). I get somewhat conflicted about winter, I like the snow, and how pretty it can make the landscape look, but also don't really like the extreme cold that can come with. As in, cold enough that if I'm outside for a short period of time, my mustache freezes, usually this means single digit temps. Too cold.
One last thing for tonight, during this holiday, let us remember the real reason for the season:
