One more day...
Yeah, I go back to work tomorrow. I like having a job, I just wish it didn't involve leaving home for weeks at a time. I am happy I got to spend a little over 2 weeks home this time though, especially since during that time my wife had surgery, so I was able to be there for that, and to help her recover. But tomorrow it's off to Johnstown, PA., and from there, we don't know yet. I do know that I wish Michigan had jobs I want in it that could actually get. And that I had a H20 powered vehicle, since the price of gas seems to want to go ever higher.
Alas, my brain has run empty. So for now, I go.

Back again?
Wow! I need to start updating more. Again. But what? It's not like I do anything...
Well, I have been on the road more which is surprising, I know. Spent a week at Ft. Knox in Kentucky with the Future Combat Systems display at the 2007 Armor Conference. After that was a week at the Pentagon. And now, I am home. Major Yay! Well, I was home for Easter, but that was over a month ago and for only 3 days at that. This time I am supposed to get "atleast a week".
Since I don't think I have mentioned it yet, I will now. My computer upgrade this year was monitor based. I ditched the 19" Smasung CRT, which I liked pretty good, for an LCD. I Newegg.com'd a Sceptre 20.1" Widescreen. Still getting used to the widescreen part, but liking it rather well so far. I'm not home to really work with it much, but I intend to remedy that soonish, I hope. And no, not to spend time with my computer, but my family. Oh yeah, I also got a 30 Gigabyte Creative Zen Vision:M MP3 player to use on the road as well. Makes iPod owners jealous hehe.
Looks like July will be a busy month for entertainment:
July 4 - Transformers the Movie comes out.
July 13 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie opens.
July 21 - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book goes on sale.
The unknown? Where I will be in July. Hopefully here, at home, with a new job. I like seeing all these neat places, but I would still rather be at home with my family.
Well, it seems this is all I got. Hopefully I can make this a weekly thing now, and not a monthly thing. Maybe even with pictures. You know, put that digital camera to work for once.
