A new hope...
Five Iron Frenzy - A new hope
Amy's going back to school today
Elation, jubilation beams from her face
Did the halls smell of gunpowder still?
What made the human mind dark enough to kill?
A new hope
Where there is freedom
A new hope
Cast off your burdens
A darker world lies behind this one
Cryptic it hides beneath perception
We all saw it on that day
Stunned we stood stuttering
What did the news say?
A new hope
Where is your freedom
A new hope
Cast off your burdens
A new hope
Where there is freedom
A new hope
Here is your freedom
Peace floods us
By hope we steer
Our dark hearts salvage
We live without fear
A new hope
Where there is freedom
A new hope
Cast off your burdens
A new hope
Where there is freedom
A new hope
Here is your freedom
Hope!

That's right, it's not just the title of Star Wars Episode IV, it's also a really good Christian rock song, and one of my favorites. Also fitting for a post today since it was written about the whole Columbine incident. Also, the guys in Five Iron are from Denver, CO and the sister of Micah, the guitar player, was at the school at the time.
In other news, yeah, it's been a while since I have posted. Since the last time, I got to go home for Easter. Granted it was only 4 days, but I'll take what I can get. As always, I loved being able to be home, and see my family again. Hopefully I can again soon.
The drive from Cali to Charlotte was long, but I knew it was going to be. Atleast the H2 has comfy seats.
In racing news, Jeff Gordon won last nights race at Phoenix International Raceway. It was his 76th win, tying Dale Earnhardt for 6th on the all-time wins list. Now, I haven't been a Jeff Gordon fan, but seeing him fly the big '3' flag on his victory lap I realized we isn't such a bad guy. But I probably wont be rooting for him anytime soon still.
