Sanatarium
Finally, i have found a file recovery system that works well! Thanks to Jocelyn for getting me on the right track by sending me a link to a recovery program. I have now recovered most of the pictures off my digi-cams memory card. My PC previously told me there were no images on the camera even tho there were like 107. well, i was able to get 75 pics off, the rest were corrupted. btw, the pics are from the 2004 Michigan International AutoShow. once I get a reliably stable 'net connection back up i will post them and the Boxheads LAN pics.
Also, Battlefield: Vietnam is out. my initial report is that its good. Graphics have been updated from BF1942, and its even *more* taxing on your system than BF1942 ever was too. the main menu, tho, i dunno, looks kinna funky. im not sure just how much imma like BFV since i know it was a loosing "war" for us. Will write more on it later after I have more conclusions.

Updating for the sake of updating.
Well folks, all's still quiet over here. Not much been going on.
Other day at work i got to rewire an old 300 Watt AT style power supply for use in one of the simulators. had to chop off all the power connecors and affix new pins and mount them into a new, specially made 20 pin molex connector. Those PSU's go under the hood and power the dashboard and the encoders for the pedals/gearshift. As it turned out, the brand new PS's -12V wire only put out -4.5V, not enough to make things function right. And since that was the only PS we had at the store, i had to wait till we got another shipped from a different store (in this case, Charlotte, NC) before the car would run right. Since it was the #6 car with Viagra as the sponsor, jokes were made about it needing more Viagra to get it up (and functional, that is.)
One day when my connection gets better, i shall post the Pics from the Boxheads LAN party in Kzoo 2 weeks ago.
that is all.
take care, whoever may read this...
